Handling time:
Will ship within 10 business days of receiving cleared payment. All our items are made to order.

We use a reliable Portuguese CTT International Registered Post Office Service with tracking information till the final destination.

Shipping delivery time:

To Portugal - 3 days

To the EU - 5 days

Worldwide - 10 days

Please note: We do not include customs taxes or import tariffs in our prices and have no control over what they may be. These will be charged upon the item entering your country. All customs paperwork will be filled in accurately when we post your item so if in doubt please check with your local authorities before ordering.
